A Bunch of Democrats Joined a Livestream Where the DSA Attacked America and Praised Terrorists

A livestream where sitting Democrats shared a screen with people cheering on terrorists shouldn't need much commentary. It should just be a headline that ends careers. Instead it gets treated like background noise, one more weird corner of the internet that nobody in leadership has to answer for. That's the actual scandal here, not that DSA said something ugly. Everyone already knows what DSA is. The question is why elected Democrats keep showing up in the same room with it.

Because let's look at what DSA actually is on paper, not what people wish it were. This isn't a group asking for better healthcare or a higher minimum wage, the stuff Democrats like to pretend is the whole story. Their platform calls for abolishing the nuclear family. It calls for dismantling American law and institutions outright. That's not a policy dispute, that's a rejection of the country as it's built. When you get on a livestream with people who believe that and say nothing while terrorists get praised, you're not "engaging with the base." You're endorsing it by proximity.

The Democratic Party has spent years insisting the socialist wing is fringe, a loud minority they don't really control. Fine. Then act like it. Walk off the stream. Say something.
