African Medicaid Scammers Exposed By Daily Wire Indicted For Fraud, Flee To Africa

They ran the scheme for months, billing Medicaid for "therapeutic" visits that never happened, hitting entire refugee households multiple times a week, and the people whose names were on the paperwork often had no idea it was even going on. That's not a bureaucratic gray area. That's stealing from a program meant for the poor and sick by using the poor and vulnerable as cover.
