DSA blueprint for 2028: Elect AOC president

It’s the image of Chuck Schumer, the ultimate institutionalist, getting primaried by a Brooklyn councilman who has no problem skipping town. Chi Ossé is basically running as the "too cool for the Senate" candidate, and he’s betting the Democratic base is so far gone that they’ll reward him for it. Schumer has spent decades mastering the art of being the guy in the room, but the room has changed. The base doesn't want a dealmaker anymore; they want a vibes-wielding influencer who yells at landlords.
